All the tabs I’ve seen for this song are pretty good but none of them have got the ending 100% correct yet. 
This is right im positive.

After the last chorus the rhythm guitar continues to play the verse chords.  
Em, C, and after a few rounds then D.

The other guitar plays these notes over the rhythm guitar for the outro.  
ALL these notes are HARMONICS so barely touch em.
