"Peace Song" is an Emily Saliers composition, probably written in  
1985, as it appears on "Blue Food."    If you're intersted in a more  
definite "terminus post quem," it makes reference to the TV movie  
"The Day After."  So, all you gotta do is find out when THAT was, and
